Derval O'Rourke

Former Athletics World Champion, European Gold Medallist, and a Three Time Olympian.

Derval spent 12 years as a professional athlete, competing for Ireland on the biggest stages in the world. She competed internationally in the 60 and 100 metres hurdles, and participated in the 2004, 2008, and 2012 Summer Olympics.

Since retiring from a very successful athletics career in 2014, Derval has published two bestselling cookbooks, created a wellbeing platform. Derval has been a coach on the hugely popular television show “Ireland’s Fittest Family” and a sports pundit for both RTE and World Athletics.
